SOAR TURNS 3!

Three years ago, SOAR Professional Services opened its doors with the goal of supporting Indigenous people, Indigenous communities, and Indigenous organizations on their vision for the future.

At SOAR, we hold ourselves accountable to disrupting the status quo in favor of Indigenous people and over the last year we introduced our internal Indigenous Shared Success Framework.

This Framework will help us measure our employee engagement, Indigenous community benefits (like hiring Indigenous contractors and securing funds for communities to build their capacity), as well as Indigenous and non-Indigenous client benefits.

Our continued partnership with Kehkimin is an example of how our work will lead to Indigenous shared success. For more information, please visit the Kehkimin Website, and watch this short documentary, highlighting founder Lisa Perley-Dutcher, as well as the many community volunteers working to connect local Indigenous people with our language and culture.

We are excited to continue work with our Indigenous clients (Indigenous communities, Indigenous NGOs) and with non-Indigenous clients (those who are actively committing to interrupt the status quo around Indigenous ways of knowing).
